this is a well known developing residential area with ample scope of growth in the real estate segment. this area is known to have many empty locales and is divided into several sub pockets to facilitate navigation. there is a bus stand dedicated to one of the pockets known as pocket 27. open farmlands surround the area in its northern part, the khera khurd village also accompanies, the eastern side has sector 27 and sector 29 is in its west, and the south has prahladpur village.
