Leading hospitals like the Mother Care Hospital, Ratan Hospital, Tungekar Hospital, Dr Nakhwa Hospital, Paleevi Hospital and Sathe Hospital are also located in the area. Several major banks have their branches in the area while the Glomax shopping centre is also present here. The Uran Nagav Beach, Santeshwari Temple and a bird sanctuary are major attractions near Dronagiri.
