Pataudi Road is just nearby and it is helpful in connecting to my office and child's school. Also, they will ultimately offer plenty of amenities that will benefit the family. Price seemed okay and so booked. Dwarka Expressway is now high-demand location and I think it's just what I need as future investment. Only hope is that it completes on time.

Reason why I went for the project is because of the competitive price. It was within my budget and am willing to wait for completion. More affordable than many other areas. Also, I am pretty okay with the amenities and the location. Signal-free driving to my workplace seems fun!

Lots of amenities they are promising here and I hope they give. Pricing is okay in my opinion and I am also happy with the project being on the Dwarka Expressway itself. Many malls, schools, hospitals, business centers are all nearby. NH-8 and IGI Airport are also accessible, so that's a big plus.

I am betting on BPTP's ability to deliver the project based on the timeline they have mentioned. I am also attracted to the big size of the 3 BHK units here. Also good location just on the Dwarka Expressway, which will boost connectivity in my opinion.

Have to say, the developer's track record is good. But am slightly apprehensive about the traffic on the Dwarka Expressway during rush hour. Also, while being on the highway is good, the area as a whole is yet to develop fully in comparison to say Golf Course road

This project provides the combination of luxury and strategic location, a perfect option for selective buyers.

The trendy amenities and spacious design have enriched our lives. I love this place.

Inspite of being a promising project, the areas around it are still underdeveloped.

The attractions of the project are nice. I feel prices appear on the higher side relative to comparative projects.
