It’s strategically positioned very close to Delhi, the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, and Sector 18 market, which is the main commercial and shopping hub of Noida. Popular malls, restaurants, and entertainment centres are all within a short drive, making it extremely convenient for day-to-day living. The project itself is mostly low-rise floors, which gives it a calm and less crowded feel compared to the high-rise developments around. The greenery within the complex is well maintained, providing a refreshing environment and a pleasant view from the apartments. This adds to the sense of openness and peace despite being in a central area. Construction quality of the apartments is good, with solid finishing and a neat layout. The connectivity is excellent — whether you’re commuting to Delhi, other parts of Noida, or even Greater Noida, the location works in your favour. The only noticeable drawback is the outer locality immediately surrounding the project. While the development inside the complex is well-kept, the area outside could be better organised and maintained. However, once you’re inside the gates, the environment feels secure and pleasant.
