Prestige High Fields has one of the best locations in the Financial District, very convenient for IT professionals. The project is huge and well-planned, with excellent amenities and a massive clubhouse. Maintenance and security are good, and the community is quite lively. The only downside is that the flat sizes feel a bit compact, especially the bedrooms. Apart from that, everything else — brand, location, amenities, and overall lifestyle — is very good, making it a strong choice for rentals and end-use
