A wonderful society all around. Prestige brands don't often let you down, but if you don't believe reviews, visit them for yourself! Overall, it's a decent place, albeit there are some concerns with noise pollution close to the society that one only becomes aware of after moving here. Although Birchwood is very pleasant, I think Norwood has more park space than that area. We choose Norwood for this reason. I guess you'll like it too. Read More

Fantastic apartment with excellent design and construction. Additionally, pet-friendly. Fantastic location for a jog, run, pet walk, senior citizen park, dog park, and more�all entirely segregated from one another. Additionally, there are several parks and locations where I can take my dogs for walks. It also has a dedicated area for children. Plenty of space for guest parking. Strong and reliable security.
