Power backup, security services and water supply are top notch. I loved the terrace. Walls are thick enough and the windows were roofed so rainwater does not come in. Environment wise the colony is surrounded by a lot of greenery. Two things that I loved the most are parking space and the well- paved roads. Area and space wise the apartment is fabulous. Fittings and furnishing wise, I loved the different and new types of fittings, especially in the bathroom and the kitchen. I was readily provided with polished furniture like the cupboard and other fittings in the kitchen.
