Rajapushpa Large-scale, high-quality projects made Properties a well-known builder. With great access to the Nehru Outer Ring Road, Tellapur is a fast expanding region that is a great residential neighbourhood. Its great amenities—including a sports complex and premium clubhouse—are among the main benefits of the project. Though the nearest Metro station is still some distance away, the ORR provides great connection. Aarhan Eye Care and Citizens Specialty Hospital are among the local medical centers. Large green areas inside the project itself abound around here. This initiative is unique in that it presents a whole self-sufficient, amenity-rich ecosystem. Two downsides are the distance to the primary city Metro line and the present lack of well-built social infrastructure in the nearby neighborhood.

With great regional connection, the rapidly growing hamlet of Tellapur sits close to Hyderabad's Outer Ring Road. Rajapushpa Sierra's opulent, gated neighborhood status with plentiful interior green spaces is its principal benefit. Citizens Specialty Hospital is the closest multi-specialty medical center. Given its all-encompassing amenities and close distance to the Outer Ring Road, the property is a very sought after long-run investment. The resident likes the modern way of living and safety given here. Two important shortcomings, nevertheless, are the lack of committed local bus connection just outside the project and the restricted availability of tiny neighborhood retail outlets in this project's surrounds.

Offering vast living near to the Outer Ring Road and HITEC City, the Tellapur site is very unusual. Massive scale and luxury sports amenities define the project's unique selling point. For providing high-quality, large-scale projects, Rajapushpa Properties is renowned. Rapid connectivity to the ORR's Gachibowli business district is available. There are well-known global institutions such as Samashti and Delhi Public School in close proximity. Though somewhat outside, the site is very secure and is suited for well-off professionals and large families searching a luxury lifestyle. Among the major recreational features are several sports courts, a swimming pool, and a gymnasium. The project is next to IT corporate zones and features a vast green space. At present, one disadvantage is the absence of commercial high-street retail or easy large mall access.
