Okay, wow.I got a 2BHK apartment at Prestige Misty Waters two weeks ago, and I am shocked. Like,sure, I’d heard this was a great luxury development in the posh Hebbal area of NorthBangalore, but it was a little surprising to find out people weren’t kidding about how great thisplace was.
I’ve already been going on too long, but one last thing: I love the leisure facilities here too.Along with the sports grounds, there’s a very cute cafe, a quiet library that’s well stocked, aclubhouse to spend Sundays in, and even indoor games like consoles!
The convenience factors are pretty nice too. I already talked about the attached market, butthere’s an infirmary on the grounds with a nurse on duty.The Prestige also has power backups to deal with Bangalore’s power outages (I HATEsitting in the dark!), and a full-day supply of treated water.
The security comes next. The security features are thorough, and make sure you won’t bedisturbed either in the many sports courts, on the lawns, or at home. The gates have 24x7guards, and the entire place is outfitted with CCTV cameras.
Firstly, it has a VERY central location. There are schools nearby for children, and the HebbalBus depot isn’t too far from the development. The Esteem Mall is a couple of minutes’ drivefrom the Prestige, and I can reach the Outer Ring Road easily, which is roughly about a KMfrom my apartment. The best part is that I don’t really have to leave much, since there’s agreat market attached to the development.
This project too good. I appreciate this reputable builder and the high demand for quality housing in Bangalore.
