Sector 84 Gurgaon viry good
I had zeroed in on this project because I knew the type of access I would require to major highways and roads. Thankfully Pataudi Road (which is my lifeline) is just nearby and so is the Dwarka Expressway and NH-8. Almost everything in close reach in the area which my family is also quite happy about. So I am also happy with my investment decision.
I am happy at investing here since initially I thought that investing in 2 BHK would be too small, but they are giving a very impressive size with these apartments. 3 BHK units are also fine. Also the quality of interiors is top class and what I can expect here. The project has good amenities for almost all age groups.
Was planning a family and then went for new home purchase also. This project has delighted me since there are so many schools nearby including the Sunfort Pre School, DPS Gurugram, Footprints Pre School and others. Big apartments with good ventilation. Nice place to raise my child in future.

Thumbs up to the developers. They have mostly got it right but there is always room to improve more. Being the father of two children, I am happy with the DPS nearby, which I will consider. Also, there are many shopping centers nearby for us to shop on weekends. The project offers decent open areas and space for us. The apartments are big enough and I love the fact that they have a swimming pool.
