Living Kandivali East makes me really happy. Daily for my office in Mindspace, I take the Western Express Highway. Near here I advise Cambridge School and DNA Multispeciality Hospital. I like weekend visits to Growel's 101 Mall. But all of us are annoyed by the severe traffic bottlenecks and busted internal roads close to the station.

For balanced city life, purchasers should seriously consider Kandivali East. I underline Ryan International School, SevenHills Hospital, and close institutions. The roads are surprisingly clean for Mumbai, and the numerous parks provide much-needed greenery. The only one really positive point for future civic development that needs to be sorted out on an urgent basis is the all-important problem of waterlogging and bad drainage during the monsoon months.

Positives: My experience staying in Kandivali East was truly fulfilling. I thought it was a constantly vibrant locality, full of the essence of Mumbai, and it was ideally placed between home comfort and business opportunity. We also enjoyed great social amenities, with premier colleges such as Thakur and well-known hospitals nearby. But the neighborhood used to suffer from waterlogging during the heavy monsoon months. Also, I always thought the authorities could have done more to maintain the nearby local woodlands and gardens.
