At the same time, the development has faced delays in completion of some towers, issues with fire and occupancy clearances, and complaints about water quality, lift maintenance and parking management. Some towers are fully occupied and functioning while others still have finishing work pending. Overall, Amrapali Zodiac stands out as a well-located society with ample space and facilities but with a mixed record on timely delivery and maintenance quality.
