Amrapali Sapphire Reviews & Ratings Sector 45, Noida

Today I’m reviewing Amrapali Sapphire, which is located in Sector 45, Noida. This project has been one of the well-known residential societies in central Noida, mainly because of its location, community size, and affordability compared to many newer premium projects. The location is a big plus — Sector 45 is right in the middle of Noida, with close access to the Noida City Centre metro, major roads, schools, hospitals, and shopping hubs. For families, this makes day-to-day life very convenient. The project offers a mix of 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. The layouts are practical with good use of space, natural light, and ventilation. While it may not be at the ultra-luxury level, the flats here provide a comfortable lifestyle at relatively affordable prices compared to new launches around Noida. In terms of amenities, Amrapali Sapphire has everything you’d expect in a modern gated community — clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, sports courts, landscaped gardens, kids’ play areas, and 24/7 security. Since a large number of families already live here, the community vibe is strong, and it’s a well-established neighborhood. One of the highlights is the rental demand. Because of the central location, good connectivity, and nearby office hubs, investors often find Sapphire attractive for regular rental income. On the pricing side, it’s more reasonable compared to luxury projects, which makes it a good option for middle-income families who want to stay in central Noida with all basic amenities in place. Overall, Amrapali Sapphire in Sector 45 is a balanced choice — good for families looking for an affordable, well-connected home and also for investors seeking rental opportunities. It may not be a flashy luxury project, but it offers a comfortable lifestyle in a prime Noida location.

I love the large floor plan. The rooms are spacious, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Delighted with my choice!

I think security can be improved. The guards are present, but checks are not stringent enough. Gives me a little unease.

This is very good location and connectivity. Metro is within walking distance, and the main road is a few minutes away. Commute is easy.

Construction was delayed. Booked in advance, but took longer than estimated. I wasn't pleased with that.

I like the calm and green environment. The society has beautiful parks, and hence it's a good place to unwind after work.

It's a good society for bachelors, but construction in not that good, it's average.
