Reviews from Residents & Owners

AI Generated Summary

The project offers a good location and excellent rental cash flow, supported by its proximity to the Vanaz metro and robust amenities. Its smaller size and focus on sustainability appeal to certain buyers. However, the lack of extensive amenities like a pool or gym, and the potentially volatile resale market, might deter others.

The location is good. Tiny building resale is solely subject to micro-market mood.

Indrashri makes a plea for its boutique size, robust amenities, and premier connectivity to metro, schools, and malls. Spacious flats are an exception.
