I love the sports facilities, like tennis, squash, pool. These are ideal for my familiy.

Attractive on paper, but some surrounding public infrastructure still underdeveloped.

Traffic noise from NH 648 can be noticeable; need better road buffers.

Location close to schools, airport is excellent; clubhouse impressed me.

I dwell upon DNR Solace proximity to the airport and metro that attracts corporate clients. High Appeal due to a 35,000 sq ft clubhouse and others features.
