Would have loved a more family-friendly and buzzing community. But it will get there. Already traffic volume is quite high on the stretch. But husband works nearby so we had to prioritize the location. Amenities seem nice if they deliver what they promise.
I am counting on the project being a success. The highway and Whitefield main road are there nearby, IT parks are well-connected, and what's more important, the project layout seems quite modern and not outdated. So, to me, it is a good bet for my money.
See what attracted me to this project of course was the good budget and then I saw that they are giving decetn amenities also. Payment plans are also good enough. I work in Whitefield and my office happens to be 15-20 mins from the project. Willing to live with that!
Metro stations are too far away from project and proposed expansion will take time. Also, traffic issue is there due to Whitefield Main Road. But otherwise, developer plans are good enough and I am hoping life gets better once we finally start living here (once project is done)
You can call it offshoot of Whitefield. Main highway running near project and good access to multiple IT parks in the area. Also, the suburban rail and metro expansion could benefit the area in the future. So thought of putting an investment down for future years.
Although the apartment is large, the parking lot is small and tight, making it hard to fit larger cars.
The accessibility to modern facilities and metro connectivity is convenient for commutation. Excellent for MY FAMILY.
Living in this place is a good experience. The lush green areas and neat amenities offer me a perfect lifestyle.
I bought a unit here, but defects like cracks in the walls and leakages are of concern
The project is appealing to me because of its prime location in Koralur and the wide range of amenities provided.
