Concerned about developer's lesser known reputation and extended ownership timeline.

I am worried about continuous infrastructure in Tathawade and fewer malls and hospitals nearby.

Open‑gym, jogging path, and indoor gaming facilities impressed me. Nice green space as well.

I like the smart flat's planning, good facilities, and location perfect for me.

I think Krisala Aventis is appealing with mid-town Tathawade close to highways and IT parks, with more multi-level facilities, sports courts, creche, pet‑park, etc.
