Kumar Picasso is a good ready to move in apartment if you are looking for a flat or apartment in Pune. I was looking out for a fairly less congested area around Pune and Kumar Picasso did meet all my expectations in this regard. It is a clean place.

The previous place where I used to live had problems with a water supply and the lifts used to stop working frequently. I have been living in an apartment in Kumar Picasso, and I am impressed by the constant water supply and ventilated lifts. Other things are good about Kumar Picasso.

My favorite area at Kumar Picasso has been the jacuzzi where I can spend my weekends relaxing with good food and good music. The ambiance is gorgeous. Ventilation wise, the apartments are quite spacious and has moderate space between the rooms. Neighbors have also been helpful.

Kumar Picasso is situated at a very commercial location and is well connected to transport facilities and the working area. I can easily reach work through Solapur Road which is less congested than the others. Overall, it has a great locational setting which enables access to supermarkets, malls, and movie theatres as well.

I am loving the comfort and lavishness of my apartment at Kumar Picasso. Furniture was well polished, though I had to add some of my own things too. apart from that I love the pattern of the tiles and the false ceiling has sober lights too.
