I recently bought an apartment in LnT Raintree, and there are so many things I like about this place. First, there are several sports facilities such as gym, swimming pool, badminton court, tennis court, squash court, cricket, basketball, jogging areas, yoga area, table tennis, billiard, skating rink and so on. Safety is not a problem here with 24*7 security, CCTV/ Video Surveillance, intercom facility, fire fighting system, and etc. Overall, I am satisfied.

I love living in LnT Raintree. It is situated in an excellent location and by the Bengaluru-Mumbai Highway, Yeshwanthpur Industrial Area is roughly 11 kilometres from Hebbal. By Bellary Road, the Kempegowda International Airport is located roughly 30 kilometres away. However, traffic congestion in the area is a major issue especially during the peak hours. Roads in the locale witness waterlogging in and around monsoons, which is yet another major problem about this place.

With excellent location and accessibility, I am happy owning an apartment in LnT Raintree. The area is served by the South Western Zone Hebbal Railway Station. Bellary Road and Outer Ring Road are the main thoroughfares providing access to the area. A crucial location for commuters travelling to and from North Bangalore is the Hebbal Flyover. Just five kilometres away from Bangalore largest tech park, Manyata Tech Park. Markets are within walking distance as well.

As a tenant living in LnT Raintree for a few years, I am extremely happy with the project?s excellent location. It offers excellent connections to Bellary Road, the Outer Ring Road, and Bangalore are provided by LnT Raintree Boulevard. The project is situated 2.2 km from the Outer Ring Road and 0.2 km from Bellary Road. The project is located 2.2 kilometres from the closest train station. The project is near Bangalore.

Compared to other projects in this area, LnT Raintree is superior in terms of lifestyle, environment, safety and features. I am especially interested in security around-the-clock, CCTV and video surveillance, fire suppression systems, video phones, cafes and coffee shops, dance floors, reading rooms and libraries, saunas, and parties. It is strategically located in Hebbal, which is a posh neighbourhood in North Bangalore with an abundance of amenities such as markets, banks, hospitals, ATMs, etc.

I was particularly drawn to the amenities when I moved to LnT Raintree Boulevard. I have no regret buying an apartment in LnT Raintree Boulevard. The position of the building provides good connectivity. Located on Bellary Road, a busy thoroughfare in the city, residents may easily reach a variety of facilities and sites. The project is conveniently located near retail areas like RMZ Galleria and Esteem Mall, and it has excellent connectivity to office parks and commercial areas, making commuting easy for people who travel on a daily basis.

I rented an apartment in LnT Raintree Boulevard and in order to ensure there is always something to do, the project also includes an amphitheatre, a multifunctional area, a cricket pitch, an outdoor exercise station, and a walking and cycling track. Club Boulevard, the fully operational clubhouse, has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a business centre, a library, and a reading area. This is a project where you will never get bored.

I am very happy with LnT Raintree Boulevard. The master bedroom has laminated wooden flooring, while the living room, dining area, and other bedrooms are decorated with vitrified tiles. All of the bedrooms and the living/dining area have split air conditioning. Together with high-end fixtures and fittings, the kitchen and bathrooms have ceramic vitrified tiles. It provides a variety of amenities for her residents to enjoy. Enjoy a stroll around the exquisitely designed gardens.
