The fact that my workplace is close by in EON IT Park and the luxurious amenities make it the ideal home for me.

The amenities are great. I have seen some maintenance issues, particularly in public areas.

Better communication of timelines would have been welcome. The delays in construction have been disappointing.

I have witnessed several developments, but Lodha Estilo is different with its desirable location in Kharadi and world-class amenities.
