The facilities, particularly the clubhouse and swimming pool, are top-notch. I like the security features and attention to detail in every part.

All the amenities are good in this project. But construction noise has been a regular problem, disturbing the peace of the area.

The pricing is on the higher side in relation to comparable projects in the area. I'm having second thoughts.
