The project has located 0.2 km away from the Dwarka Expressway. The nearest railway station is Gurgaon Railway Station from my house. Sadar Bazar is the nearest market area which is closes to my house. Sector 106 has good connectivity in Gurgaon.

I am falling in love with the entire design. The attractive design and finishing of Laminated Wooden floors, Acrylic Emulsion bedroom walls, premium bathroom fittings, and verified tiles are beautiful. It is spacious and well built. It feels like a luxurious lifestyle.

Paras Dews offers a wide range of lifestyle amenities at a reasonable rate. The sauna, Skating Rink, Basketball, and Swimming Pool are the best of my weekend. The Jacuzzi and Spa are the most luxurious in this Sector. The safety system and Rain Water Harvesting system are the most appreciated.
