With sights like the Ghodbunder Fort, this place's originality appeals to me. Though it is a self-sustaining contemporary centre, it is not centrally placed in the ancient city. Because of the contemporary conveniences in my building, I have a pleasant renter's life. The chief advantages of this place are the mountain views and the proximity to corporate headquarters. Through cars, connectivity is excellent; the Kasarvadavali metro station would soon be revolutionary. For high-quality treatment, I recommend hospitals such as Hiranandani Hospital. The entertainment choices available at Lake Shore Mall are excellent.

Although safety here is often excellent, I have come across reports of small thefts in far-off service roadways. To prevent waterlogging and better road surfaces, I really need improved drainage.

I do have a few negatives to call out, though. One service gap on the main road is the lack of enough public parking. Moreover, some blocks can have an inconsistent water supply. I wish the municipal authority would quickly improve these services.

From my point of view, having such near emergency facilities as Titan Hospital is a great fortune. Because of prominent amenities like Viviana Mall, I find this place very easy to use. For a calm life, the bus link to Borivali and Thane terminals is quite useful. With the gated security in my building, I feel quite secure here. R Mall is the nearest excellent shopping. For a tenant like me, having everything like DMart and huge shopping malls close by is most beneficial. Transportation is provided by local TMT and BEST buses. The soon-to-be Metro Line 4 is also employed for planning for the future. For medical attention, I recommend Jupiter Hospital; my college-going buddies often mention the Dnyan Ganga Education Trust. The well-lit roads allow me to have great experiences with safety. I think the rent is reasonable. The sound of large trucks irritates me. The fundamental issue is the constant metro construction dust that calls for improvement.

here with my family. The availability of good schools is a bright side. The hospitals are near the
area which makes it easier for my parents to visit there. But, there is a problem with the water
supply.

I have been a tenant of Ghodbunder for almost 3 years and have been living alone. The best thing about the place is the behavior of the neighbors which has helped me adopt the culture. There are good places for spending time alone such as Upvan Lake. One backdrop of this locality is the presence of too many real estate companies which makes the area prone to traffic jams.

I am a permanent resident of Ghodbunder Road, Thane, and am living for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with the location. The location is close to transport facilities. The place has developed schools such as Narayana E-Techno School and Idhyah Global School. The locality here is safe and secure. Naneghat is a good spot to roam in the area. Also, the neighborhood is very friendly.
