I moved in last Monday. Love the spacious layout and well-planned interiors. It feels like home already.

The clubhouse is fantastic! My kids love the play area, and I enjoy the jogging track.

This location is very convenient, but traffic outside the complex is a bit hectic during peak hours.

Beautiful apartments but they could have better ventilation in some rooms.

This place had great amenities. This place has friendly neighbors, and peaceful vibes. Totally happy with my purchase.

The one thing I will suggest is an amphitheatre. I mean it has everything without an amphitheatre. I will love to see our kids, as well as elders, hosting indoor sports events in these amphitheatres. This will make the connections strong among all the residents and everyone will thoroughly enjoy this too.

One thing I like about this place is that it provides a combination of luxury and affordability. I am really excited about the luxury facilities like Jacuzzi, Sauna, the reading room or the library and the dance room. I mean as if the party hall was not enough, they have added a clubhouse and a place for indoor games. I mean no worries about letting kids stay outside the home after dark. The security of this place is incredible and there is a 24*7 water and power supply.

I also love all the indoor amenities of this place. I admire the fact that this place comes with its own gym, badminton ground, squash court, tennis court and swimming pool. I really don't have to worry about my kid’s sports activities. This complex also has daycare facilities for new parents which I think is very thoughtful.

There are shopping centers, hospitals and hotels nearby. Shopping centers like Forum Vijaya mall, Raahat Plaza and Matrix malls are situated nearby. Hospitals like Madras Medical Mission Hospital, and Hindu Mission Health Services are situated nearby.

I have bought a 2 BHK flat in Prestige Bella Vista. I am happy and pleased with this place. It has a great surrounding view and a great neighborhood. This place is well connected with all major roads, bridges and highways.
