The project enjoys a strong location advantage with good connectivity to the FNG corridor, metro, schools, hospitals and shopping hubs, and it is known for its generous open spaces and a wide range of amenities such as a big clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, sports courts, landscaped gardens and internal shops for daily needs. Residents appreciate the green environment and community life, and for many it offers good value compared to newer projects in the area. At the same time, the development has faced delays in completion of some towers, issues with fire and occupancy clearances, and complaints about water quality, lift maintenance and parking management. Some towers are fully occupied and functioning while others still have finishing work pending. Overall, Amrapali Zodiac stands out as a well-located society with ample space and facilities but with a mixed record on timely delivery and maintenance quality.
