When you drive down to the project site, the approach road is pretty nice as well. Also, they are offering many amenities like a Jacuzzi, spa, day care centre, and all, which will boost modern convenience. Pricing-wise, it could have been slightly lower, but then the big developer always charges more for quality. The only issue here is traffic jams, with some road work still going on in pockets. It takes more than one hour to reach Whitefield, while the airport is about 2.15-2.30 hours away. But the rest is anyway top-class.
