My lone recommendation is that the premium residency level calls for more committed high-speed internet providers.

Usually, the neighbourhood is very secure and I have not seen any places prone to criminality. But the lack of planned entertainment and big shopping malls in the area as well as a striking absence of public parks or green spaces outside the primary residential community boundaries are the two gaps.
