I think it's a very high price for a 3 BHK. Also, the sewerage system requires upgrading nearby roads.

This project is excellent value for money. But local roads get waterlogged during rains.

The dog park, skating rink, amphitheater and jogging track reflect considerate design. I love this project.

I am investing in this for its uniform apartment, brand DSR, and Tellapur's growth.

I find DSR Altitudes to be a class apart, with sprawling clubhouse with spa, pool, and more facilities, EV charging. The location is really great.
