I select this area and this project because demand for big, high-quality residences in Chembur East is exploding very quickly. The podium parking lot and the 10-foot clear ceiling height draw me most. Nearby are basic amenities provided by clinics such as Chembur Hospital and institutions like General Education Academy. My investment approach is to keep this for a number of years for great capital growth. The police station and friendly neighbourhood watch ensure excellent local safety. Finally, I am most worried about the dearth of a major department store within walking distance. Since the construction is still in the latter stages, I am not a resident right now.

Closest metro is Chembur; Wockhardt Hospital and K Star Mall are quite close. Like Diamond Garden, the area is safe and has a lot of vegetation. The dirty roads close to the major road are my letdown. In my opinion, the local walking paths require immediate repair.
