Oil Bound Distemper walls and vitrified tile flooring makes for a comfortable living space in Nava Vaibhava but needs a personal touch from your side after you move in as they are not painted and may require minor electrical repairs.

Nava Vaibhava offers power backup to all apartments and security is present 24 X 7 and is aided by the implementation of an intercom facility which I find to be a wonderful amenity not easily found in other projects in this affordable price range.

The yoga area and the jogging and cycling track offered in amenities at Nava Vaibhava is well designed and provides an irrational area. The pool is well maintained and comes with a fully equipped gym but is the same in comparison to other projects.
