The management provides a power supply when the electricity goes out andthere is running water 24/7. I read the brochure advertising the development’ssports facilities and it turns out this place is stuffed full of things to do.
There’s a gym and yoga area in the development which are usually full of atleast five to six residents working out. A badminton court and tennis court arethere too in addition to a large swimming pool for the residents.
The room layout is elegant and what I really like is that there are no sharpcorners or sudden turns where you can trip or hit your knee. The windows facethe sun almost the entire day and let in a lot of sunlight so the room is freshand airy to wake up in.
Its also centrally located (only 1 KM from the Dwarka Espressway) in the posh, safe part of Sector 85. Okay now the full review. I bought my wide 2bhkapartment a month ago. It shocked me that it actually came almost fullyfurnished out of the gate. I didn’t have to spend much buying furniture andother amenities.
I’ll give my verdict before the full review: The Blue Lagoon is probably one ofthe few affordable developments still available in Sector 85. Property pricesshooting up here have made buying your own place almost impossible. Thereason I recommend the Blue Lagoon is that it offers 2bhk and 3bhkapartments at affordable prices for young people.
