Paranjape Forest Trails Highland Towers have been in construction for a while now but I am pretty hopeful to see the results. From the tour I took I saw the view from the higher floors will be amazing, and the apartments are mostly 2BHK options which suits me fine.

Okay, wow. This is the first time I’ve ever bought an apartment while it was still in construction, but I don’t believe I’m going to regret it. The facilities listed in the brochure are AMAZING. There will be a power backup, 24-hour water, CCTV coverage all around the development, multi-level parking, and even a veg restaurant on the grounds!

I’m pretty excited to see how this development turns out. The site is still in construction but the surrounding acres are all lush parks so I’m expecting it’s going to be refreshing to live here. It’s roughly 5KM from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, which is both good and bad. It will take longer to get to work for me, but it also means this is a great retreat from the city.

Very impressed with the quality of construction and premium fittings already delivered at the site. I was shown one fully built side of the complex and it looks more than big enough for me and my wife. Rooms are going to be mostly 549 sq. ft. 2BHK configs, which isn’t that big but should work fine for us two.

So far I’ve taken the tour offered at the construction site and checked out some of the grounds around the development. I can already tell this is going to be exactly the kind of luxury development I want. Bought my room yesterday and if they deliver the promised features, I’m going to love living here!
