Connectivity is alright but not absolutely overboard as the nearest road is Mumbai Bangalore highway about 2KM away. I’d recommend this development for sure, but I’d also advise you to have a car or bike if you’re planning on going to work daily.
Apartments are standard sized but well designed. I bought a 638 sq. ft. 2BHK apartment and I’m loving the layout. Living area is absolutely huge and offers easy entry to different parts of the apartment. There’s also a puja room with a balcony.
Open air areas include a big yoga area for the residents and a large swimming pool to relax in. Couple of other recreational amenities here worth mentioning as well like the party hall, volleyball court, basketball court, and jogging/cycling track.
There are about 8 or nine buildings in total in rows of 2, all surrounded by greenery. There’s some awesome gardens between the buildings which keeps the entire place fresh. Figure in the open air areas and this is probably the most eco-friendly development I’ve seen.
I’ll admit, I’m very very impressed with this development. At first glance of the building I thought it looked like a standard apartment block. Was pretty happy to see that the development is HUGE, and has entire acres of greenland parks and wooded areas.
