It has all the basic amenities available nearby like shopping malls, movie theatres, grocery stores, and medicine stores. The localities are nicely planned and the roads are connected to every part of the city. Good schools and hospitals are also available nearby. Every society in the locality has ample space for car parking. There is plenty of open space in society for children to play. I am working as a ground staff at Amausi airport so I preferred to stay at Ashiyana as it is only 6 km away from the airport. The place is good with a nice environment. The locality is posh. Transportation is easily available during the day and even at night. OLA and Uber are easily available from the doorstep. Basic amenities are easily available within a radius of 1 km.
