Near the airport zone in a peaceful and verdant neighborhood, Bhartiya Garden Estate at Navarathna Agrahara sits. With its calm ambiance, modern architecture, and ample open space, the project's primary benefit is its beauty. With nearby Kempegowda International Airport and the soon to be Trumpet Metro Station, connectivity is great. Jakkur Lake and Allalsandra Lake brighten the environment with their cool touch. Medical amenities within quick reach include Columbia Asia Hospital and Manipal Hospital Hebbal. Ideal for families, the project seems unique for its equilibrium of city access and peaceful living. Better street lighting in some sections would make the neighborhood safer at night, but more grocery and retail stores are still required there.

This design stands out for its vast open areas and nature-inspired planning set amid Navarathna Agrahara, close to the airport area. Developed by Bhartiya Urban, a well-known name famed for building ecologically friendly and lifestyle-centered communities, it promises a premium living experience. Airport Road links the area to Kempegowda International Airport, Yelahanka, and Hebbal effectively. Shopping demands are met by malls at Hebbal, but renowned universities like Canadian International and hospitals like Columbia Asia are reachable. Suitable for frequent fliers and professionals, the area is safe and partially urban. Important highlights include outdoor sports courts, a wellness center, and manicured gardens. Project surroundings have a lot of greenery. More stores and faster public transportation access would, nevertheless, enhance daily comfort.
