With more than 65% open space and a 2.6-acre planted area, Casagrand Promenade's low-density design is its major benefit. The vehicle-free community and double balconies for best air and light are the distinctive selling aspect. Through Bellary Road, connectivity is excellent, but Peenya, which is far, is the closest functioning metro. Nearby, the huge GKVK Botanical Gardens has great foliage. Accessible are vital medical facilities like Esha Multi Speciality Hospital and Aveksha Hospitals. This endeavor distinguishes itself by its emphasis on a calm, environmentally friendly way of living. For non-vehicular mobility, however, the area desperately requires improved sidewalks and specially designed cycling lanes. Daily needs in the immediate surroundings lack enough suitable stores.
