Located on Dwarka Expressway, it enjoys a decent level of infrastructure now, with connectivity improving rapidly. The project offers wide internal roads, good landscaping, and a secure gated society with club amenities. Its independent floor concept with basement + stilt + 2/3 floors gives a villa-like experience, which appeals to end-users looking for privacy and openness. However, it’s important to highlight that maintenance services have been a concern in the past, and rental demand is moderate, not very high.
