Was at a friend's place in Neopolis last week and walked past the Brigade Barcelona site, the two towers have this stepped, uneven shape that's different from the usual flat glass blocks going up all over Kokapet, so it's easy to spot from a distance. Only 4 acres for 666 units feels tight once you do the math, and Kokapet itself is already priced above most of Hyderabad's west side. Worth a look if the Spanish design language is what draws you in, but I wouldn't call it a value pick in this market.
