I am impressed with Kumar Periwinkle because of its prime location in Kharadi and the developer's goodwill of good construction.

The availability of amenities, particularly the clubhouse and gym, suits my lifestyle requirements.

The large floor plans are an added advantage. I love the location also.

Though the project has a lot of amenities, the carpet area in the 2 BHK is a little small for my comfort.

The project's proximity to the main road raises concerns about noise levels during peak traffic hours.
