Finding a flat within budget in South Bangalore is too hard.However, for Rohan Akriti, this is possible for me. I enjoythe good lifestyle here as the environment is good here. Thelifestyle rating is 7.1 here.

I was looking for a flat at a reasonable rate in SouthBangalore. The cost was according to my budget in RohanAkriti. I found an apartment here of around 500 sq. ft. at 45Lac. Also, a lifestyle rating of 7.1 is more than expected forme.

Rohan Akriti is perhaps one of the cheapest properties inSouth Bangalore. I bought a flat of 400 Sq. Ft. with just 36Lac. Also, the quality of the apartments is good. With goodfittings and design, my rooms don't seem too small.

Being connected with Kanakapura Road, the connectivity isgood enough for me. It is just beside the main road areas. Ipurchased a flat here for good connectivity. Also, the pricewas another concern for me but here I found an apartmentat just 36 Lac.

I badly required a flat from which I can go effectively to thedifferent places in South Bangalore. Rohan Akriti's realestate project did this for me. The construction project isclose to Kanakapura Road. I can also have a Large Selectionof Sports here.
