This is a nice society to live in with advanced security, good playing fields, well-maintained areas, but the rent is too high due to the nearby IT parks, like EON IT park. It is also well connected to the Pune Airport. There are some drawbacks, such as issues with water and the network.

Situated close to Nagar Road, Vascon Forest County is thebest spot for me as I need to travel a lot. The price range isgood for us. Additionally, the real estate project givesconnectivity with Kharadi Bypass which is another plus pointfor me.
