The construction quality of Home121 is satisfactory for me, it gives the same service which I want to get. Basically, Home 121 works with dependable developers. The designs of the apartment are lovely and the added specifications are also very nice. Like the modular kitchen, walls, and also RCC structure.

The society is extremely overpriced. There are a lot of fake brokers who keep talking about some random rates. esp. Sandeep Tyagi is a fake broker quoting wrong rates. Most of the owners are highly obnoxious. Facilities are there but it's over crowded with ~10k residents soon. If you have to go to a Gym, then you wont' find a place as it's so small.
