Amar Serenity has 246 units. The real estate project status is a good choice for budgeted apartment finders. As it is connected to Mumbai-Pune Expressway, connecting to important locations becomes easy for me. For these reasons, I want to buy an apartment here.

In Amar Serenity, I booked a decent estimated 2 BHK flat at 85 Lac. The flat is around 660 sq ft. There are flats available for 3 BHK too. At that price, I can get an 802 sq. ft. flat.

Amar Serenity spread over 246 units. I booked an apartment of 699 sq ft at just 89.47 Lac. In this real estate project, the most appealing flats are 2 BHK apartments for me that cost around 85 Lac which is a too low price for me.
