It has a 24 hrs water supply, a lift ( great for senior citizens ), 24 x 7 security, and places for indoor games for kids. Seriously cannot believe a place with such low prices has so many facilities.

This is an excellent choice for me as It is well ventilated and all the significant points of the city are near it, the area around it is well developed and has no security issues. Schools, hospitals, and many more are nearby, which is very helpful for me.
