It also features an 80-foot road inside the project, a 14-lane national highway outside the project, and a nearby metro station that is only 1.2 kilometers away. The project's theme�Spanish�is also very nice, making it an excellent choice for both residential and investment purposes. It's highly recommended by me. Amazing location. close to important IT and infrastructure hubs. Excellent project situated in the IT core, Electronic City, and in close proximity to hospitals, schools, and the soon-to-be Metro. Excellent for investments such as rental revenue. incredibly cordial sales staff. Strongly advised. The house's carpet area is one area that the builder should think about because there isn't much of it, in my opinion. The location is excellent since a school and shopping center will be built on the campus in the future.

The project is well located, right off a major road. It also has fantastic connectivity, as it's close to the Bomasandra metro station. Additionally, because Brigade is the brand, the quality is superb. Personally, I think anyone considering investing in an electronic city should give this initiative a look. Ideal for investments, but families should also consider it, in my opinion. I am not sure about bachelors. There are many good things.

Bommasandra is the closest metro station, located just two minutes away from the property. Additionally, this property will see a huge increase in the future once Hosur Airport opens. Since the project is being worked on by a small group, quality is unaffected. Another benefit is that the hospital and schools are only two to three kilometers away. Nearby are a lot of shopping centers. I think this initiative is great and heartily endorse it.

I recently visited this property, and I think it's excellent for both end users and investors. Once the metro is operational, getting to numerous IT hubs will be a fairly simple journey. Additionally, two malls�the Ecity M5 mall and the Shobha (Lulu) mall�will be located to the left and right of this site within 10 minutes. Bommasandra is the closest metro station, located just two minutes away from the property.

Despite the fact that Brigade Valencia is still in the construction stage, I'm impressed with what I've seen so far and have invested in it. The building project is moving along nicely, and I have faith in Brigade's ability to complete it to the highest standard. My friend reserved 3 BHK. The apartment was booked because it was close to the metro, which was on the same service lane. we're both happy.

Apartment sizes are somewhat lower than in Brigade's other projects, and prices are a little higher, but the most important factors are location and connectivity�a future metro station will be 1.5 kilometers away. The 2.5 BHK is already reserved for me. Reputable hospitals, Electronic City, the greatest rental value, and steady appreciation in brigade property are all quite close by. Excellent project all around.

According to my assessment of the project, it is well located on the major road, which is a national highway. Public transportation is available just outside the gate, and the metro is roughly 2 km away. Well-planned vegetation and amenities, if all goes according to plan; a process-oriented Brigade staff supporting the project. I've had a wonderful experience booking as well. The representative did a great job of explaining the nuances of the project.
