Hope that Godrej fully execute what they are promising. They have done it before and are Mumbai company. Appreciation potential is great due to upcoming Thane-Borivali tunnel and coastal road. I already live in Kandivali and was wanting an upgrade from our 90s-time flat. This one is the ideal opportunity if you look at the budget. Very close to all the malls here and also hospitals. Kandivali station is also in proximity and my friends, office (run a business) and relative all are here. So makes sense for my future settlement.

I trust this developer. Godrej is one of biggest developers in the country. So investment in their project only was something to do. I already know the area well and use the Western Express Highway which is also nearby. So good future prospect here.
