As an agent, I find Godrej Ivara appealing for its Kharadi location, proximity to EON and WTC, spacious planning, green areas and extensive amenities. The 2, 3 and 4 BHK options also give buyers flexibility for different family needs.

I booked a 3 BHK in Godrej Ivara after visiting the site and comparing a few Kharadi projects. The location worked well for me, especially with EON and WTC nearby. I liked the overall layout and the planned amenities, particularly the sports and recreational facilities. My only concern is the long possession timeline, so buyers should plan their finances accordingly. I would suggest visiting the site personally, checking the exact tower and unit, and comparing the complete cost before booking.
