Neelam Senroofs is definitely one of the best ongoing projects in Nahur. The apartments are very spacious and come with amazing amenities like 24x7 water, amazing security features, and a light design that focuses on ventilation. I am looking forward to moving into my new home here very soon!

Project is still in construction but I just took the tour last week and decided to buy an apartment here. Neelam Senroofs looks gorgeous with parkland all around and moreover will have all sorts of amenities like sports areas, power backup, 24x7 water, multi-level parking, and even a spa and sauna.

I have only been in this area for a short time and Neelam Senroofs and already bought a place at Neelam Senroofs. I can't wait to get my new home in this gorgeous project! The development is surrounded by greenery on all sides as well so I think it will be very refreshing.

I've only taken a tour of the grounds so far but Neelam Senroofs seems like it's going to be the perfect apartment block. The rooms are decently priced between 2BH and 3BHK options. Already bought mine because I'm not waiting in a line to move in here!

Been staying here at Neelam Senroofs. It's been a wonderful experience and I was surprised to see the apartment looks very much like the pictures posted on agency website. The apartment is very modern, clean and cozy. It's located at the heart of Nahur and has many amenities nearby like restaurants, shopping malls, banks etc.
