Affluent market is aimed well here. I love the party lawns and library features.

Amenities look great with mini theatre, infinity pool. But high occupancy density concerns over-congestion.

Beams-free ceilings and sky-deck pool impressed me. Low floors/families-friendly.

As an agent, it’s easy to pitch with sky-deck amenities, metro and railway access, high-ceiling flats, and more. Buyers love the infinity pool, mini theatre, etc.

I like the proximity to metro and railway. This project is pricey but probably worth it.
