The costs are somewhat high in relation to other similar projects in the locale.

The large floor plans and high-end facilities are major attractions of this project.

This project is really good. But the price is very premium compared to other projects.

Being a real estate consultant, I find this project to be a high-end product in Juhu. Being close to main roads guarantees very good connectivity.
